During the Initial Meeting we will discuss the overall concept and review the objectives for the project.  The goal of this informational meeting is understand the wants, needs and vision for the project, as well as to familiarize ourselves with the existing conditions. At this stage we will take measurements and photographs and make recommendations on how to best accomplish your goals.  Based on this meeting we will provide our Initial Project Estimate and expected Scope of Work.

During the Conceptual Design phase, we will have a project review meeting with the project team to discuss architectural concepts and design style.  This will be followed up by our architectural design meeting to discuss floorplan options and how the space will function, as well as the the overall style and key design elements.  At this stage we will review and discuss any architectural, engineering, or zoning requirements of your project.

During Final Project Design we will discuss final floorplans, elevations, and finish materials.  At this stage design boards with exact material selections will be presented, accompanied by product samples and design drawings.  Based on this meeting we will finalize floorplans, elevations, and material selections.

During Pre-Construction we will complete all construction documentation for permit submission, including architectural plans and any zoning or engineering requirements needed for permit approval.  We will finalize the project budget based on the final construction documentation, enter into a Construction Agreement and apply for permits.

During the Construction phase we actively manage the jobsite and our construction team to ensure the project runs efficiently and effectively.  We communicate during this process with regular progress updates and answer any questions that may arise, holding site meetings at specified project milestones.  The goal of the construction phase is to deliver the highest quality craftsmanship within the expected timeframe and budget.
