Mike has over 16 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate business.  He has successfully acquired, developed, and built single family, multi family, and mixed use properties throughout Philadelphia and the Main Line.  Mike oversees all aspects of the business including acquisitions, financing, and development of projects, as well as day to day operations.

Mike graduated from Boston University with a B.A. degree in Economics and currently lives in Wynnewood with his wife and two children.

Greg has over 13 years of experience in all aspects of construction.  He has completed many projects throughout the City of Philadelphia and on the Main Line.  Greg oversees all aspects of the construction process including estimating/budgeting, site management, subcontractor management, scheduling, purchasing, and material selection.  Greg is responsible for completing projects on time and on budget.

Greg graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. degree in Marketing and holds an OHSA30 license.  He currently lives in Bala Cynwyd with his wife, two children, and his dog.
