Project Description

New construction apartment building in the Manayunk neighborhood of the City of Philadelphia. FT Builders acquired this site in an off market transaction and went through the subdivision and development process with the City of Philadelphia to combine three lots into one lot with approvals to build a 16 unit new construction apartment building. FT Builders completed construction and began renting this property in Summer 2018.
