Project Description

Garden style 18-unit apartment building in the Mount Airy neighborhood of the City of Philadelphia. FT Builders acquired this property in an off market transaction and went through the process of renovating apartments as tenants moved out over a three year period. The property was in very poor condition with many undesirable tenants at the time of our purchase. FT Builders strategically sold the property in Spring 2021 to a large local real estate owner and operator.
