Project Description

5-unit mixed use development in the Old Kensington neighborhood in the City of Philadelphia.  FT Builders acquired this property in an off market transaction and got approvals for the renovation of the property into 3 apartments, 1 retail space, and 1 restaurant.  The building renovation was completed and we began renting in Summer 2015.  We subsequently sold the building in Summer 2017.
