Project Description

Major addition to a home in the Penn Valley neighborhood of Lower Merion Township. FT Builders acquired the site and went through the approval process in Lower Merion Township for the construction of a single family home. The original house was demolished except for a small section of foundation and first floor walls, and a large addition was put on that more than doubled the square footage of the original home. This home was sold in Spring 2021.
